Requires 2+ years in project/specification sales in building materials or luxury interiors, a strong UAE network, long sales cycles experience, and UAE driving license with car.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of project/specification sales experience in building materials, sanitaryware, luxury interiors, construction, or related industries.
• Strong network within the UAE A&D, contractor, and developer community.
• Proven experience managing long sales cycles and complex project pipelines.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM tools and structured sales reporting.
