Job summary

3S group in Dubai seeks a Specification & Pre-Sales Specialist to generate project opportunities by building relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants and developers and getting products specified into projects.

The role requires 3–5+ years of UAE specification/pre-sales experience, a valid UAE driving license, and strong communication and presentation skills. French or Arabic is a plus, with on-site work in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of UAE experience in specification/pre-sales.
• Existing UAE network among architects, interior designers, consultants and/or developers.
• Proven ability to get products specified into projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UAE driving license. French or Arabic is a plus.

Requirements

• Prior Product Experience in one or more of the following is mandatory: Operable / movable partitions Toilet cubicles / washroom systems Sanitaryware & bathroom products Bathtubs Raised access flooring
• 3–5+ years of UAE experience in specification/pre-sales of the above products.
• Existing UAE network among architects, interior designers, consultants and/or developers.
• Proven ability to get products specified into projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, outgoing and comfortable with extensive field work.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• French or Arabic is a plus.
