Job summary

3S Business Services L.L.C. in Dubai is seeking a Specification & Pre-Sales Specialist to drive project opportunities at the design stage by engaging architects, interior designers, consultants and developers and securing product specifications.

You will support the commercial team with follow-up, negotiation and order conversion once specifications generate enquiries, and you will work with operable partitions, toilet cubicles, sanitaryware, bathtubs and raised access flooring.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years UAE experience in specification/pre-sales of related products.
• Existing UAE network among architects, interior designers, consultants and/or developers.
• Proven ability to get products specified into projects.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness for extensive field work and arranging meetings independently.
• Valid UAE driving license mandatory.
• Language: French or Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify upcoming projects and specification opportunities.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants and developers.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings, office visits and project visits.
• Present products and secure specifications and approvals.
• Develop relationships with major developers and generate direct project opportunities.
• Track specifications through to enquiry and support the commercial team through order closure.

About the Role

We are looking for a Specification & Pre-Sales Specialist to generate project opportunities at the design stage by building relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants and developers and getting our products specified into projects.

Once specifications generate enquiries, the role will also support the commercial team with follow-up, negotiation and order conversion.

Prior products experience specifically in one or more of the following :

• Operable / movable partitions
• Toilet cubicles / washroom systems
• Sanitaryware & bathroom products
• Bathtubs
• Raised access flooring

Key Responsibilities:
