Job summary

MENA Consultant in Dubai seeks a Project & Sales Engineer to drive business development and manage technical sales for electrical power projects. You will craft proposals, support tenders, and coordinate project execution with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Engineering, has 3–5 years of sales experience in the electrical power industry, and communicates fluently in English. UAE/GCC market experience is a plus.

Project & Sales Engineer - Electrical Power Industry

We are seeking an experienced Project & Sales Engineer – Electrical Power Industry to support business development, technical sales, and project execution activities within the electrical power sector. The role will focus on developing project opportunities, preparing technical and commercial proposals, supporting tendering activities, and coordinating the execution of electrical power projects and solutions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering.

3–5 years of relevant sales experience in the electrical power industry.

Experience with sales of some of the following products:

• Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear
• Substations
• Transformers
• AC/DC Systems
• Transmission & Distribution (T&D)
• Power Generation

• Good understanding of electrical power systems, protection and control systems, and related solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in the UAE or GCC market.

Other Qualifications

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent client relationship management skills.

Strong business development and sales capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop sales and project opportunities within the electrical power industry.

Promote electrical power systems and solutions, including MV/LV switchgear, substations, transformers, AC/DC systems, T&D, and power generation equipment, as applicable.

Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals for electrical power projects.

Support tendering activities, including reviewing project requirements and preparing relevant submissions.

Coordinate and support the execution of electrical power projects.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand client technical requirements and recommend appropriate electrical power solutions.

Support commercial discussions and negotiations related to project opportunities.

Coordinate with relevant technical, commercial, and project teams to support project delivery.

Contribute to business development and sales growth within the electrical power sector.
