Job summary

Greenhouse Software, Inc. in Dubai seeks a Project & Sales Engineer – Electrical Power Industry to drive business development, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and coordinate project execution within the electrical power sector.

This on-site role requires 3–5 years of relevant sales experience, a Bachelor's in Electrical/Power Engineering, and fluency in Arabic and English to engage regional clients and support tendering and delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant sales experience in the electrical power industry.
• Experience with sales of MV/LV switchgear, substations, transformers, AC/DC systems, T&D, and power generation equipment.
• Good understanding of electrical power systems, protection and control systems, and related solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales and project opportunities within the electrical power industry.
• Promote electrical power systems and solutions, including MV/LV switchgear, substations, transformers, AC/DC systems, T&D, and power generation equipment, as applicable.
• Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial proposals for electrical power projects.
• Support tendering activities, including reviewing project requirements and preparing relevant submissions.
• Coordinate and support the execution of electrical power projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client technical requirements and recommend appropriate electrical power solutions.
• Support commercial discussions and negotiations related to project opportunities.
• Coordinate with relevant technical, commercial, and project teams to support project delivery.
• Contribute to business development and sales growth within the electrical power sector.
