Job summary

AQUA ONE STEEL & ALUMINUM (S.P.S - L.L.C) is seeking a well-experienced Project Sales Coordinator cum Office Administrator to manage project sales inquiries, quotations and orders. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and site teams, and handle documentation from inquiry to delivery.

The role requires practical experience in similar positions, strong communication, and the ability to work independently on project requirements, drawings, and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in project sales coordination and office administration with a track record in handling day-to-day coordination.
• Ability to prepare quotations, BOQs, and commercial offers based on project requirements.
• Strong coordination with clients, consultants, contractors, site engineers and internal teams.
• Good understanding of steel/aluminium fabrication and related building materials.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, MEP drawings and specifications.
• Proactive follow-up on inquiries, orders, deliveries, payments and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project-related sales inquiries, quotations, orders and delivery with clients.
• Prepare quotations, BOQs and commercial offers aligned to project specs.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, site engineers and internal teams on requirements and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate documentation: LPOs, sales orders, delivery notes and invoices.
• Submittals and approvals for materials, datasheets and compliance documents.
• Ensure material readiness and timely delivery with warehouse and suppliers.
