Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and issue invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise daily with the production team (factory floor) and logistics to ensure Cut & Bend schedules align with client delivery requirements.
• Assist the Sales Manager and sales team with daily administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding order status, delivery tracking, and basic product specifications (straight rebars & processed steel).
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and inventory logs in our ERP system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting delivery statuses and pending orders for the management team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or a similar administrative role.
• Background in the Steel Industry, Construction Materials, or Manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with ERP software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive team-player attitude.
