Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar administrative role.
• Background in Steel Industry or Construction Materials is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and issue invoices.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to align schedules.
• Assist Sales Manager with daily admin tasks and data entry.
• Serve as contact for order status, tracking, and product specs.
• Maintain customer databases, sales records, and ERP inventory logs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
