Job summary

Royal Infrastructure – Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Infrastructure to lead the execution of major infrastructure works in the UAE. You will oversee projects from planning through handover, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 10–15 years of relevant experience in roads, drainage, water networks, and utilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years of infrastructure construction and project management experience.
• Strong experience with roads and utilities projects.
• Experience with sewerage, stormwater, drainage, water supply and utility networks preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE authority requirements is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage and stormwater.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Review and approve project plans, submissions, method statements and work programmes.
• Manage resources including manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and UAE regulations.
• Monitor costs, variations, and commercial matters with the commercial team.
• Ensure timely completion, testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.
• Maintain relationships with clients and authorities.

Project Manager – Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall execution of infrastructure projects, including roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, and related works.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
• Coordinate with the client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure all construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Review and approve project plans, technical submissions, method statements, and work programmes
• Manage project resources, including manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, quality standards, and applicable UAE regulations
• Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and commercial matters in coordination with the commercial team
• Ensure timely completion, testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover of the project

Job Requirements :

• Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in infrastructure construction, with proven experience in a Project Manager role. Strong experience in roads and infrastructure/utilities projects.
• Experience in sewerage, stormwater, drainage, water supply, and utility networks is preferred UAE/GCC experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of relevant UAE authority requirements and approvals is an advantage.
• Candidates with strong infrastructure experience rather than building/construction only experience should be prioritised.
