Job summary

Royal Infrastructure – Azizi Developments in Dubai seeks an experienced Construction Manager to lead infrastructure projects, overseeing execution, subcontractors, schedules, cost, quality and safety. You bring 15–20+ years in civil engineering with 8–10+ years UAE/GCC, a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, PMP, and proven capability in roads, utilities, drainage, and earthworks.

This role requires strong knowledge of UAE authority approvals and standards and will work within Azizi's integrated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• 15–20+ years total experience with 8–10+ years in UAE/GCC infrastructure.
• PMP or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution and schedule.
• Manage subcontractors, cost, and quality.
• Ensure HSE compliance and UAE authority approvals.

Construction Manager – Infrastructure

• Experience: 15–20+ years, with 8-10+ years in UAE/GCC infrastructure projects
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; PMP/Professional certification preferred
• Experience in: Roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, stormwater, earthworks and site development
• Strong experience in wet and dry infrastructure works
• UAE experience with RTA, DEWA, DM, DDA/municipal authorities preferred
• Responsible for project execution, subcontractors, programme, cost, quality and HSE
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority approvals, specifications and standards
