Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex utility and civil infrastructure works including drainage, sewerage, irrigation, water pipelines, and telecom networks. You will be responsible for overseeing all project phases, ensuring timely completion, compliance with regulations, and meeting quality and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of infrastructure projects from mobilization to final handover
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, local authorities, and internal teams for approvals and compliance
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and objectives
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Review and approve project documentation including method statements, shop drawings, and progress reports
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards, QA/QC protocols, and municipality guidelines (DM, ADM, SEWA, etc.)
• Identify and mitigate risks through proactive planning and issue resolution
• Conduct regular site inspections, stakeholder meetings, and performance evaluations
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project staff and ensure smooth coordination across departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 8–12 years of experience in managing infrastructure works in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of underground utilities including drainage, sewerage, water supply, firefighting, and telecom
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory authorities (DM, DEWA, ADM, SEWA, Etisalat, DU, etc.)
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office; knowledge of Primavera or similar tools is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• UAE driving license is preferred
