Job summary

Royal Infrastructure – Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Infrastructure to lead the execution of major infrastructure works in the UAE. You will oversee projects from planning through handover, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and 10–15 years of relevant experience in roads, drainage, water networks, and utilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
10–15 years of infrastructure construction and project management experience.
Strong experience with roads and utilities projects.
Experience with sewerage, stormwater, drainage, water supply and utility networks preferred.
Knowledge of UAE authority requirements is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage execution of infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage and stormwater.
Develop and monitor project programmes, schedules, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate with client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities.
Ensure works follow drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.
Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Review and approve project plans, submissions, method statements and work programmes.
Manage resources including manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies and UAE regulations.
Monitor costs, variations, and commercial matters with the commercial team.
Ensure timely completion, testing, commissioning, snagging and handover.
Maintain relationships with clients and authorities.
