Job summary

Qataryello seeks a senior professional to lead luxury villa and premium office projects from inception to completion in the UAE. You will coordinate consultants, architects, designers and contractors, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

You will manage approvals with authorities, monitor risks and quality, and report progress to senior leadership. A strong track record in high-end projects and UAE experience are essential.

Qualifications

• UAE experience is mandatory.
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• Strong track record managing consultants, contractors, authorities and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of approvals, procurement, contract administration and project delivery.
• Experience delivering high-end luxury villas, premium office fit-outs, hospitality or luxury retail projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of luxury villa and premium corporate office projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project approvals with relevant government authorities and statutory bodies.
• Coordinate and drive consultants, architects, designers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor programme, cost, quality and project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Review designs and technical submissions to maintain project objectives and quality standards.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage procurement, tender evaluations and consultant/contractor performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with timelines, budgets and governance requirements.
• Work closely with senior leadership on project strategy and execution.
• Support future expansion into larger real estate and international development projects.

• Proven experience delivering high-end luxury villas, premium office fit-outs, hospitality or luxury retail projects on the client side, consultancy or contractor side.
• Recent UAE experience is mandatory for this position
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline from a recognised Western university is highly preferred
• Strong track record managing consultants, contractors, authorities and senior stakeholders independently.
• Excellent understanding of approvals, procurement, contract administration and project delivery.
• Experience working in premium, detail-driven environments where quality and stakeholder management are critical.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage with executive leadership in an international business environment.
