Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil preferred).
• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management preferred.
• PMP Certification is mandatory.
• UAE Equivalency Certificate advantageous.
• 10+ years of managerial experience in the Middle East (Construction or Oil & Gas).
• Valid ADM Engineer's Card and SOE Membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close projects per company standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams across the project lifecycle.
• Develop schedules, budgets, resource plans and risk strategies.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end project execution within the Construction or Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities extensive regional experience and the technical expertise to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and in compliance with industry standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan execute monitor and close projects in accordance with company standards and client requirements.


• Lead cross-functional teams and manage all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation planning execution monitoring and closure.


• Develop project schedules budgets resource plans and risk mitigation strategies.


• Coordinate with internal departments contractors and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution.


• Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.


• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management and clients.


• Ensure all legal regulatory and contractual obligations are met.


• Manage project documentation change orders and client communications efficiently.


• Mentor junior staff and support technical and managerial development across the team.


• Proactively resolve issues manage risks and drive performance improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred).


• Postgraduate qualification in Project Management (preferred).
