Job summary

Yello seeks a Senior Project Leader to drive luxury villa and premium office developments in the UAE from inception to delivery. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, secure approvals, and govern project performance in a highly confidential, premium segment.

Ideal candidates will have UAE project delivery experience, a Western-educated degree in architecture/engineering, and a strong track record with authorities, consultants and senior stakeholders in international settings.

Qualifications

• Recent UAE experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of luxury villa and premium corporate office projects from inception to completion.

• Lead the delivery of luxury villa and premium corporate office projects from inception to completion.
• Manage project approvals with relevant government authorities and statutory bodies.
• Coordinate and drive consultants, architects, designers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor programme, cost, quality and project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Review designs and technical submissions to maintain project objectives and quality standards.
• Chair project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Manage procurement, tender evaluations and consultant/contractor performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with timelines, budgets and governance requirements.
• Work closely with senior leadership on project strategy and execution.
• Support future expansion into larger real estate and international development projects.

• Proven experience delivering high-end luxury villas, premium office fit-outs, hospitality or luxury retail projects on the client side, consultancy or contractor side.
• Recent UAE experience is mandatory for this position
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline from a recognised Western university is highly preferred
• Strong track record managing consultants, contractors, authorities and senior stakeholders independently.
• Excellent understanding of approvals, procurement, contract administration and project delivery.
• Experience working in premium, detail-driven environments where quality and stakeholder management are critical.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage with executive leadership in an international business environment.
