Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site construction activities
• Coordinate with Project Managers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure construction works are executed according to drawings, specs and schedules
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on site
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations
• Review shop drawings and coordinate with technical/engineering teams
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure timely completion
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities
• Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials and equipment
• Support project handover activities and close-out documentation

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer with a proven background in villa construction projects to join our client s growing construction team in the UAE The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing site activities from project commencement through completion while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and timely project delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site construction activities
• Coordinate with Project Managers consultants subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure construction works are executed according to approved drawings specifications and project schedules
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on site
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE regulations
• Review shop drawings and coordinate with the technical and engineering teams
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and relevant authorities
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower materials and equipment
• Support project handover activities and close-out documentation

Requirements

• Mandatory Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Senior Site Engineer.
• Mandatory UAE construction experience.
• Strong experience delivering villa construction projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and site management.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Preferred experience working with leading construction contractors in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
