Job summary

Aarvi Encon is seeking a Project Operation specialist to drive planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and execution of projects. The role focuses on delivering actions per plan, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safe, timely delivery across sites.

The candidate will develop detailed project plans, track progress, and coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors to achieve targets while managing risks and changes in scope.

Qualifications

• Action planning and implementation of standards.
• Identify trends, resolve problems, and audit findings.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
• Health and safety on site management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work follows specifications/drawings.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors for flawless execution.
• Use verification techniques to manage changes in schedule and costs.
• Onsite health & safety enforcement.
• Procurement: ensure items are ordered during project duration on time.
• Limit purchase requests per trade to avoid overload on QS and procurement.
