Job summary

Avanta Works in Zayed City UAE is seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee, plan, schedule and execute all aspects of assigned projects. You will coordinate with internal departments, vendors and stakeholders to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include managing the full project life cycle from initiation to closure, developing detailed plans with timelines and resources, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and reporting progress to senior managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Knowledge of project management principles and techniques such as Agile/Scrum/Kanban.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire project life cycle from initiation to closure
• Develop detailed project plans including timeline, milestones, budget estimates and resource requirements
• Monitor progress of projects against targets ensuring all deadlines are met
• Identify potential risks to quality or success of projects
• Liaise with internal departments, vendors and other stakeholders during the design stage to ensure products meet customer requirements
• Work with team members to ensure accurate reporting of data and metrics in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations pertaining to the product or process being developed
• Update senior managers on progress against strategic objectives
