Job summary

Dubai Properties Group LLC in Dubai is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead major construction and infrastructure projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality.

You will coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors, manage schedules, risk, permits, and handover, and drive best practices in project management for the real estate development portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Construction disciplines.
• PM certification (PMP) or equivalent preferred.
• 8–12+ years of project leadership in civil/construction.
• Experience delivering large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Initiate job requisitions and coordinate with departments for services.
• Support project strategy and delivery to meet plans and budgets.
• Oversee execution, ensure contract compliance and scope adherence.
• Manage schedule, critical path, and proactive delay mitigation.
• Monitor costs, progress, and provide stakeholder reports.
• Secure NOCs/permits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review contractor claims and interim payments per contracts.
• Evaluate on-site performance and enforce standards.

Job description

Job Purpose The job holder will be responsible for managing and executing assigned projects to ensure successful delivery within the approved scope timeline budget and quality standards The role ensures all projects are delivered in alignment with company objectives agreed design specifications and established processes while maintaining effective coordination among internal teams consultants and contractors

Key Accountabilities

Initiate Job Requisition to procure services and works in coordination with different departments Support Project Lead with Project Management strategy and Project delivery activities for Company projects to ensure that they meet strategic plan Oversee the execution of projects ensuring all parties fulfill their contractual responsibilities and adhere to the defined project scope Manage the approved project schedule closely monitoring critical path activities to guarantee timely delivery and proactively address potential delays Track project costs timelines and overall progress providing consistent status updates and detailed reports to key stakeholders Ensure all necessary NOCs and permits from local authorities are available to ensure compliance and uninterrupted project execution Lead and review contractor claims and interim payment applications in line with contract terms ensuring project expenditures remain within the approved budget Evaluate on-site performance of consultants and contractors enforcing adherence to project standards quality benchmarks and departmental targets Collaborate with the Operations team to facilitate seamless handover of infrastructure and landscaping works ensuring all operational and functional requirements are fulfilled for sustainable use Coordinate with the Defects Liability Period DLP team to ensure smooth unit handovers and completion of final snagging to the satisfaction of all parties Analyze information and ensure that reports are consolidated for management review Stay up to date with industry trends emerging technologies and global best practices in project management and real estate development

Key Performance Indicators

Manage project cash flow and budget adherence including schedule and cost controls Ensure timely progress according to approved plans and schedules Comply with policies safety standards and maintain proper project documentation Implement and monitor QA QC plans to maintain quality standards

Qualifications and Knowledge: Bachelor's / master's degree in Civil Engineering/ architectural engineering/ConstructionProject Management Professional (PMP) certification – preferredUnderstanding of industry-specific delivery standards and technologies, statutory,regulatory, and quality compliance requirements relevant to project delivery.Minimum Experience (number of years):Min of 8-10+ years experience, including 2-4 years of experience in a seniorleadership/project lead role - managing large-scale/ multi-disciplinary projects andteams.Preferably 2+ years of experience with a developer
