Job summary

Aarvi Encon is seeking a Project Operations Planner in Dubai to lead planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, and execution across multiple projects. You will develop detailed project plans, assign roles, track progress, and ensure adherence to quality standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities include on-site health and safety leadership, procurement coordination, and regular status reporting to management, with emphasis on risk mitigation and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Agriculture, or Horticulture.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to quality.
• Experience coordinating with clients, vendors, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement production productivity, quality and customer-service standards.
• Prepare organizational charts, assign roles, set deadlines, and document quality concerns.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors and vendors for flawless project execution.
• Lead regular meetings and develop status reports for management.
• Ensure work follows specifications and manage changes in schedule/costs.
• Promote onsite health and safety and rectify hazards promptly.
• Oversee procurement to ensure timely ordering and prevent delays.

Project Operation Planning

• Project Operation Planning- Prepare and complete action plans implement production productivity quality and customer-service standards resolve problems complete audits identify trends Develop a detailed project plan and track its progress

Organizing

• Organizing- Prepare organizational chart for each project under you assign roles to team members and set deadlines to achieve targets Document all quality concerns of sites through reports Report should have necessary visual supporting and should include recommendations for implementation

Coordinating

• Coordinating- Work hand-in-hand with the project team and Project support team at various stages of the project Coordinate with clients subcontractors vendors for the flawless execution of projects

Directing

• Directing - Conduct meetings regularly and assist project teams to develop status reports to keep management informed on progress of various projects

Execution

• Execution- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the specifications drawings provided Perform risk management to minimize project risks Coordinate with clients subcontractors vendors for the flawless execution of projects Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project schedule and costs

Responsible for onsite Health amp Safety

• Responsible for onsite Health amp Safety encourage safe work practices and rectify job site hazards immediately

Procurement

• Procurement Ensure all items are ordered during project duration on time and without delay Ensure minimal Purchase requests are raised max two per trade to avoid overloading QS and procurement divisions
