Job summary

Loba Group is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on-site execution and the delivery of major high-rise towers across the UAE/GCC. You will manage site logistics, subcontractors, construction sequencing, safety, and drive daily operations from ground-breaking through testing and handover.

Key responsibilities include directing concrete pours, facade installation, crane operations, and vertical logistics, while ensuring strict quality and safety standards on congested urban sites.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of site construction management experience.
• Proven track record delivering major high-rise towers in the UAE or GCC.
• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Building Construction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site progress, concrete corewall and floor slab pouring sequences, structural steel works, facade installation, and high-rise MEP integration.
• Oversee vertical logistics, tower crane operations, material staging, hoist allocations, and site access strategies in congested urban environments.
• Direct trade contractors, site engineers, and labor forces to maintain productivity, milestone schedules, and quality control.
• Enforce zero-harm site safety policies, regulatory compliance, and local health and safety requirements.

You will be directly responsible for site logistics, subcontractor management, construction sequencing, safety standards, and driving daily site operations from ground-breaking through to testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Execution & Operations: Manage day-to-day site progress, concrete corewall and floor slab pouring sequences, structural steel works, facade installation, and high-rise MEP integration.
• Logistics & Planning: Oversee vertical logistics, tower crane operations, material staging, hoist allocations, and site access strategies in congested urban environments.
• Subcontractor & Workforce Management: Direct trade contractors, site engineers, and labor forces to maintain site productivity, target milestone schedules, and strict quality control.
• HSE & Quality Governance: Enforce zero-harm site safety policies, statutory environmental compliance, and local municipal health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Experience: 15+ years of site construction management experience, with a proven track record delivering major high-rise commercial or residential towers in the UAE or GCC.
• Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of high-rise construction methodologies, deep foundation works, complex post-tensioning, unitized curtain wall facades, and high-rise vertical logistics.
• Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Building Construction.
