Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Architecture, with 2 years' experience, and is proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD to manage plans, site layouts, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in landscape or construction projects.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and site layouts.
• Strong understanding of softscape and hardscape works.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and horticulture is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing landscape projects.
• Review and interpret landscape drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and the internal project team.
• Supervise site activities including softscape, hardscape, irrigation, soil preparation, and planting works.
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Support procurement by identifying material requirements and coordinating deliveries.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify workmanship standards.
• Resolve technical issues and propose on-site solutions.
• Assist in preparing As-Built drawings and project documentation.

Position Overview
