Key Responsibilities

• Landscape Design: Develop innovative and sustainable landscape designs for a variety of projects including residential, commercial, and public spaces.
• Site Analysis: Conduct thorough site evaluations and assessments considering environmental factors, topography, climate, and client preferences.
• Project Management: Oversee the implementation of landscape projects from concept to completion, ensuring all phases execute efficiently and according to plan.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, urban planners, and engineers to integrate landscape designs seamlessly into overall architectural plans.
• Sustainable Design: Incorporate eco‑friendly practices and sustainable materials into landscape designs to minimize environmental impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in landscape architecture, preferably with projects in the UAE or similar climates.
• Proficiency in landscape design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and GIS) and 3D modeling tools.
• Strong knowledge of landscape materials, plant species, irrigation systems, and sustainable design practices.
• Experience with project management and coordination with clients and contractors.
• Strong creative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local regulations and building codes in the UAE.
