The Landscape Designer will be responsible for developing creative, functional, and sustainable landscape designs for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. The role involves translating project concepts into detailed landscape drawings, coordinating with architects and consultants, and supporting projects through design development and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Landscape Design

• Developlandscape concepts, layouts, and detailed designs for luxury residential,commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
• Preparelandscape master plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, irrigationconcepts, and outdoor space designs.
• Developdesign concepts aligned with project vision, architectural character, andenvironmental requirements.
• Selectappropriate plants, trees, shrubs, groundcovers, hardscape materials,street furniture, lighting, and landscape features.
• Preparemood boards, material palettes, sketches, and design presentations.

Technical Documentation

• Review detailedlandscape drawings, plans, elevations, sections, details, and constructiondocumentation.
• Developplanting schedules, material schedules, and landscape specifications.
• Ensuredrawings comply with relevant design standards, authority requirements,and project specifications.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, samples, andtechnical submittals.
• Coordinatelandscape drawings with architectural, structural, MEP, infrastructure,irrigation, and lighting designs.

Project Coordination

• Coordinatewith architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and internaldevelopment teams.
• Participatein design coordination meetings and provide landscape design inputs.
• Identifydesign clashes and propose practical solutions.
• Support the Senior Landscape Designer / Design Managerthroughout the project lifecycle.
• Liaisewith suppliers and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained.

Site & Execution Support

• Conduct site visits to monitor landscape works againstapproved designs and specifications.
• Review workmanship, materials, planting, hardscapeinstallation, and landscape finishes.
• Assistwith resolving site-related design and technical issues.
• Reviewmock-ups and material samples before implementation.
• Support snagging and completion inspections.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Architecture, or arelated discipline.
• Typically 8-12 years ofrelevant experience in landscape design.
• Experiencewithin real estate development, architecture, landscape consultancy, orconstruction is preferred.
• UAE /GCC project experience is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD– advanced proficiency.
• Experiencewith Lumion, Enscape, 3ds Max, Rhino, Revit, or similar software isan advantage.
• Strongknowledge of landscape materials, planting, irrigation, hardscape, andoutdoor lighting.
• Abilityto produce detailed technical drawings and presentation-quality designpackages.
