Job summary

Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC seeks a Civil Site Engineer to supervise civil and landscaping activities in Dubai, ensuring safety, accuracy, quality and schedule adherence. You will interpret drawings, coordinate with managers and subcontractors, and ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance on site.

The role requires 3–5 years UAE experience, AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage multi‑discipline teams and drive smooth project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficient reading of civil drawings, BOQs and specs.
• AutoCAD and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil and landscaping site activities per drawings and specs.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specs, shop drawings and method statements.
• Coordinate hardscape, softscape, paving, drainage, grading and external works.
• Carry out setting-out, verify levels, coordinates and quantities as required.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment productivity and progress.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure QA/QC, HSE compliance and adherence to project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections, coordinate material inspections and IRs.
• Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
• Coordinate with surveyors for setting-out and as-built measurements.
• Support snagging, rectification, testing and final handover.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and regulatory compliance at site.

Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate civil and landscaping construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, accurately, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily civil and landscaping site activities in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications
• Review and interpret civil drawings, BOQs, specifications, shop drawings, and method statements
• Coordinate site activities for hardscape, softscape, paving, kerbstones, concrete works, structures, drainage, excavation, grading, and external works
• Carry out setting‑out and verify levels, dimensions, alignments, slopes, and quantities as required
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment productivity, and daily work progress
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Project Engineers, Supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, QA QC procedures, HSE requirements, and project schedules
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate material inspections, testing, and Inspection Requests (IRs)
• Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely availability of required materials
• Identify site issues, technical constraints, and delays and assist in implementing corrective actions
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, material requirements, and site documentation
• Coordinate with surveyors for setting‑out, levels, coordinates, and as‑built measurements
• Monitor subcontractor works and ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards
• Support project teams during snagging, rectification, testing, as‑built documentation, and final handover
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety practices, and compliance with applicable UAE regulations at the worksite

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer in the UAE, preferably in landscaping, civil construction, or external works.
• Strong experience in hardscape, paving, concrete works, drainage, excavation, grading, kerbstones, and civil infrastructure works.
• Good understanding of landscaping and external works is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, BOQs, specifications, shop drawings, and technical documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Good knowledge of QA/QC, HSE, construction methods, and site coordination.
• Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and work effectively under pressure.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
