Job summary

Rayfitout Architecture & Interiors seeks a skilled Project Engineer holding Dubai Municipality Licence G+1 to join our team. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in interior fit-out, civil and MEP projects in the UAE, with proven project management experience.

You will oversee budgeting, scheduling and on-site coordination to deliver high-end residential and commercial projects. Experience in interpreting shop drawings, material submittals and specifications is essential to guide on-site activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture.
• 7+ years in interior fit-out, civil and MEP projects in the UAE.
• Dubai Municipality License holder required.
• Experience with high-end residential and commercial interior fit-out.
• Strong project management: budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for interior fit-out and related civil/MEP works.
• Budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating resources across on-site teams.
• Interpret shop drawings, submittals, and specifications to guide on-site work.
• Coordinate between in-house and external resources and clients.

Job description

We're looking for a skilled Project Engineer holding Dubai Municipality License G+1 to join our team. If you're passionate about delivering high-impact projects and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience:

• Minimum 07 years of experience inInterior design fit-out, Civil, MEP projects in the UAE.
• Dubai Municipality License Holder.
• Minimum 5-7 years of Experience with reputable United Arab Emirates contracting company (mention as required qualification and question to ask) must be experienced in Civil, structural, Interior fit out & MEP trades.
• Experience in handling structural Engineering issues, load calculations etc. will be considered as an added advantage.
• Experience in Interior fit-out of high end residential, commercial projects isMUST.
• MEP experience and knowledge is preferable.
• Expert experience to interpret shop drawings, material submittals, and specifications to guide on-site activities accurately.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture.

Project Management:

• Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
