Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking an experienced Project Civil Engineer to oversee swimming pool, water feature and hard landscaping projects on-site in Dubai/Ajman, UAE. You will supervise RCC works, waterproofing, pool shell construction, and MEP installations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong site management skills, and a valid UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in swimming pool construction, water feature projects, and hard landscaping.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and report on site activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Execute and supervise: RCC works, Waterproofing works, Pool shell construction, Retaining walls, Kerbs and interlocks, Paving works, Stone cladding, and Hard landscape installations.
• Coordinate and supervise MEP installations related to swimming pool and water feature systems.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements on site.

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a landscaping and water feature contractor for an experienced Project Civil Engineer to oversee the execution of swimming pool, water feature, and hard landscaping projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on-site professional with strong technical expertise in RCC works, waterproofing, pool construction, and associated MEP systems. This role will be based in Dubai / Ajman, UAE where their project site is located.

About You

• Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and report on site activities to ensure successful project delivery. Manage day-to-day construction activities for swimming pools, water features, and hard landscaping projects
