Job summary

BRONZE HQ DISTRIBUTION AND TRADING FZE in Dubai seeks a capable Project Coordinator to oversee retail fit-out and renovation projects from start to finish. You will coordinate civil, architectural, and MEP works, liaise with contractors, consultants, mall management, and UAE authorities to ensure compliant and timely delivery.

The role requires UAE project experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple activities and deliverables against approved

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Proven UAE experience in project coordination, particularly in retail fit-out, renovation, commercial, or office projects.
• Good knowledge of UAE authority approval procedures, permits, and regulatory requirements relevant to fit-out projects.
• Experience coordinating with mall management, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Good understanding of civil, architectural, MEP, BOQ, and general fit-out works.
• Hands-on experience with project drawings, material submittals, MSRA, project schedules, progress reports, inspections, snagging, and handover documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project activities and meet deadlines; UAE project experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate retail commercial office renovation and fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
• Liaise with contractors consultants suppliers mall management and relevant UAE authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare review and maintain project documentation including drawings material submittals MSRA project schedules and progress reports.
• Coordinate site activities and monitor project progress against approved schedules drawings specifications and project requirements.
• Follow up on material approvals procurement schedules site requirements and contractor deliverables to avoid project delays.
• Coordinate civil architectural and MEP works ensuring proper integration and compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Review BOQs drawings and project specifications and assist in identifying discrepancies variations and site-related issues.
• Arrange and coordinate site inspections snagging activities rectification works and final project handover.
• Monitor project milestones and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure project documentation site activities and completion procedures comply with applicable UAE regulations and project-specific requirements.
