Job summary

DMC in Dubai is seeking a Project Coordinator for a leading energy sector client. The role covers end-to-end project execution from bidding through construction completion, with emphasis on technical submissions, site coordination, and documentation control.

You will work with site teams, contractors, consultants and clients, develop automated trackers and dashboards, and ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE standards.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end project execution from tender submission to construction completion.
• Experience in tender preparation and technical submittals, coordinating with site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience in developing automated trackers and dashboards.
