Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai seeks a Project Coordinator to plan, monitor, and deliver engineering tasks on client projects.

You will work with clients, manage schedules and budgets, and lead a small team across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and finishes. UAE experience and an engineering degree are required; English proficiency is essential; driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor designated engineering tasks.
• Engage with clients to translate their requirements and represent them in the field.
• Ensure QA of work, monitor budget, schedule, and staffing; report task status.
• Assign duties and coach project team.
• Coordinate with project manager and team to provide support.
• Review deliverables and initiate corrective actions.
• Plan schedules and assign activities for trades (Electrical, A/C, Plumbing, Carpentry, Mason, Paint).
• Oversee junior staff on-call weekends and emergency calls.
• Verify final work complies with standards.
• Oversee technical and managerial aspects, maintain staff.
• Ensure customer communications meet standards.
• Discuss contract changes when needed.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Operations, Finance, HR.
• Assess service quality and intensify efforts if off track.
• Perform other assigned duties.
