Decision Management Consultants seeks a Project Coordinator for a leading energy sector organization in Dubai, UAE. The role covers end-to-end project execution from bidding to construction, coordinating with site teams, contractors, and clients, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3–6 years in project execution, tender submissions, and dashboard development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end project execution from tender submission to construction completion.
• Experience in tender preparation and technical submittals, coordinating with site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience in developing automated trackers and dashboards.

Our client is a leading provider of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services for power generation and desalinated water production, with a strong international presence. Operating across more than 10 countries in the Middle East & North Africa, South Africa, Eastern Europe, and Vietnam, the company manages a significant portfolio of over 28,000 MW of power generation capacity and more than 5.3 million m³/day of desalinated water production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supported project execution from the bidding stage through construction completion
