Job summary

Decision Management Consultants LLC in Dubai is seeking a Project Coordinator to support end-to-end project execution in the energy sector. You will manage tendering, site coordination, and documentation while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure adherence to project specs and quality standards.

The role involves developing automated trackers and dashboards to monitor progress, supporting controls and reporting, and ensuring audit-ready project documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in end-to-end project execution, from tender submission to construction completion.
• Experience in tender preparation and technical submittals, coordinating with site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience in developing automated trackers and dashboards.

• Participated in technical evaluations, scope clarifications, and tender reviews.
