Job summary

Kaplan Middle East & North Africa is seeking a result-driven sales professional to drive recruitment and training solutions across the region.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiating to closing and post-sale follow-up, while engaging with inquiries via chat and WhatsApp and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education/training sector
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Numerical ability and commercial awareness
• Ability to learn rapidly and work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of financial professional qualification is an advantage
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities
