Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer to manage Java or .NET applications in a production setting. You will monitor services, triage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with L2/L3 and development teams to ensure high availability and stability of critical systems.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong debugging skills, and familiarity with ITIL processes.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Production/Application Support for Java or .NET.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in production environments.
• Knowledge of Java/.NET architectures and runtime environments.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Experience with application monitoring, log analysis, and incident management.
• Understanding of REST APIs, web services, and integrations.
• Knowledge of ITIL and SLA-driven support processes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1/L2 production support for Java or .NET applications.
• Monitor production applications, services, jobs, and system health.
• Investigate and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform RCA and troubleshoot recurring production issues.
• Analyze logs, errors, and performance data to prevent incidents.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, DB, and L3 teams for fixes.
• Execute deployments, patches, and emergency fixes.
• Run SQL queries for data validation and issue analysis.
• Troubleshoot API/integration issues and validate responses.
• Follow ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Maintain incident docs, knowledge articles and support procedures.
• Participate in 24x7 rotational shifts including weekends/holidays.
