Job summary

You will investigate issues, perform analyses of software functionality, ensure front-end and back-end stability, and collaborate with developers, internal users and clients to improve performance. This contract role requires hands-on IT work with 4+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience with hands-on software development.
• Experience in application support and incident management.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end systems.

Responsibilities

• Support application users through issues and requests and provide updates on progress.
• Analyze software functionality and suggest improvements.
• Ensure front-end and back-end stability of applications.
• Provide support under supervision of Senior Engineer.
• Conduct unit and integration testing and fix bugs.
• Collaborate with development team, users, and clients to improve performance.
• Manage code migration across environments to keep functionality synchronized.
• Document processes and monitor performance metrics.
