• Provide day-to-day support to team members delivering technical training operations and support services.

Product / Process Improvement

• Support in review of technical training programs using evaluation results, measure impact, analyze findings and recommend improvements to content and delivery approaches.
• Prepare periodic analytical reports on effectiveness, utilization and outputs of technical training programs for management review and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in HR
• 3+ Years in case of Master’s degree (5+ years in case of Bachelor’s degree) in relevant area
• Proficiency in core data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of general administrative practices and operational coordination
• Ability to conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and identify competency gaps
• Experience in training operations and learning center management
• Skilled in planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs
• Competence in creating and managing individual development plans (IDPs)
• Expertise in instructional design and curriculum development
• Understanding of the organization’s business context and operational environment
