Job summary

Bayan Medical Company seeks a dynamic Product Specialist to drive sales of medical/surgical equipment and provide expert technical support. You will promote, sell, and manage relationships with healthcare professionals, identify leads, and help achieve revenue and market share goals.

The role focuses on sales forecasting, customer service excellence, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to strengthen our presence in the Dubai market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (preferred) or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales of Medical/Surgical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical & surgical equipment; manage sales activities.
• Provide expert knowledge and technical support to customers.
• Support healthcare professionals in OT environments.
• Drive revenue growth and market share through sales programs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor annual sales forecasts to align with goals.
• Sell full product line and maintain accurate customer data; assist with related support.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Specialist to join our team at Bayan Medical Company. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the sales of our Medical /Surgical Equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate activities focused on promoting and selling medical & Surgical equipment.
• Recommends changes to current sales techniques to improve sales performance and drive better results.
• Provide expert knowledge and technical support.
• Supported HCPs in OT environments.
• Implements sales program aimed at driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
• Develop, implement, and monitor of annual sales forecast to ensure alignment with the business goals.
• Sell a full product line of offerings, maintain accurate customer information and handle other related customer support requirements.
• Delivers exceptional and professional customer service to both new and existing customers.
• Identifies and targets potential customers, generating leads for sales equipment.
