Job summary

kast.xyz seeks a Product Director to own the Fiat and Payments domain globally from Dubai. You will drive strategy, partner integrations, and day-to-day product decisions across banking, on/off ramps, and local payment methods.

You’ll mentor product managers, work with engineering, compliance, and finance, and expand into new markets while optimizing conversion and costs in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management in fiat/payments/fintech.
• Experience delivering products with multiple external partners.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with global payment rails (ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, etc.).
• Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ownership.

Description

We’re looking for a Product Director to own our global Fiat & Payments domain, including banking integrations, payment rails, fiat on/off ramps, local payment methods, and global money movement infrastructure.

You’ll drive product strategy while remaining closely involved in execution, partner integrations, and day-to-day product decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Fiat & Payments globally.
• Lead the development of payment products including bank integrations, local payment methods, on/off ramps, payouts, and card funding flows.
• Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and external providers to deliver scalable payment infrastructure.
• Drive expansion into new markets and payment ecosystems.
• Manage relationships with banking partners, payment processors, and fintech infrastructure providers.
• Define and track key metrics including conversion, payment success rates, transaction costs, and operational efficiency.
• Mentor Product Managers and help scale the product organization while remaining hands‑on

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with significant experience in fiat, payments, banking, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, including bank transfers, cards, payouts,
• and alternative payment methods.
• Proven track record delivering complex products involving multiple external partners and integrations.
• Experience building products across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory environments.
• Familiarity with global payment rails such as ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, PIX, SPEI, and UPI.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and execution skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Business acumen.

• Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high-growth environments with a high degree of ownership.
