Job summary

Nameless Ventures in Dubai is seeking a Product Manager – Payments to own the end-to-end customer funding journey, drive deposit conversion, payment success and withdrawal performance.

You will analyse provider performance, routing and failed payments, and partner with Engineering, Compliance, Finance and Commercial. A data-driven mindset with experience in SQL and funnel analysis is highly valued, with a hybrid work model and summer remote option.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in payments.
• Hands-on in deposits, withdrawals, or wallet/funding journeys.
• Strong data-driven mindset with SQL and funnel analysis.
• Experience improving conversion, routing, retries, or recovery journeys.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Compliance, Finance).

Responsibilities

I’m working with one of the fastest-growing Fintech businesses in the MENA region, who are hiring a Product Manager – Payments in Dubai!

• Own and optimise the end-to-end customer funding journey.
• Drive deposit conversion, payment success and withdrawal performance.
• Own the customer journey across onboarding, KYC, deposits, account funding and withdrawals.
• Analyse payment provider performance, routing, retries and failed-payment recovery.
• Partner with Engineering, Compliance, Finance and Commercial.
• Use data, funnel analysis and experimentation to identify friction and improve customer outcomes.
• Strong Product Management background – 3–5+ years.
• Hands‑on experience owning customer deposits and withdrawals.
• Experience improving conversion, payment success, routing, retries or recovery journeys.
• Strong data‑led product thinking, ideally including SQL, funnel analysis and experimentation.
• Ideally experience owning stored balances, wallets, account funding and payment provider routing / cascading.
• Preference for backgrounds in crypto exchanges, iGaming, neobanks/wallets, retail investing, remittance or brokerage/CFD.
• Salary: Market Rate + performance-related bonus and many other benefits.
• Remote working from anywhere in the world in the summer.
• Hybrid role: 3 days a week in the Dubai office and 2 days from home.
