Job summary

Im Rasasi perfumes trading L.L.C - S.O.C is seeking a detail-oriented Product Statutory Compliance Executive to manage regulatory and corporate documentation across the Group in the UAE. You will coordinate product registrations, licenses, permits and agreements, maintain confidential files, and liaise with government authorities to ensure timely compliance and renewal of critical documents.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and a strong knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• Certifications in legal administration, compliance, corporate governance, or document control preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in statutory documentation or compliance.
• Experience with UAE/GCC regulatory and government documentation.
• Knowledge of document management and renewal processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate documentation including product registration, trademark registration and update of corporate documents.
• Maintain records of licenses, certificates, powers of attorney, agreements and other compliance documents.
• Ensure filing and confidentiality of sensitive legal documents.
• Monitor expiry dates of licenses, registrations, permits and other statutory documents; renewals on time.
• Coordinate with government authorities and internal departments for submissions.
• Maintain centralized tracker for statutory documentation and renewals.
• Support management with documentation for new business activities and branches.
• Perform other legal documentation and compliance duties as assigned.
