Job summary

Emper Perfumes & Cosmetics Factory LLC in Dubai seeks a Regulatory Affairs Specialist with hands-on manufacturing experience in perfumes and cosmetics. You will own local registrations, UAE MoIAT submissions, and international export dossiers to support domestic and global growth.

The role requires 3–5 years in regulatory affairs within cosmetics, strong knowledge of IFRA and GCC EU regulations, and the ability to manage SDS/COA/PIF documentation and labeling compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of dedicated Regulatory Affairs experience in perfume/cosmetics manufacturing.
• Deep familiarity with UAE MoIAT, Dubai Municipality, GCC GSO, IFRA Guidelines and EU Regulation 1223/2009.
• Experience managing SDS creation software, INCI nomenclature, and fragrance materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product notifications and registrations regionally and for international markets.
• Vet raw materials, INCI listings, allergen declarations and IFRA/REACH compliance.
• Prepare and maintain SDS, COA, PIF, and CPSR documentation in GHS format.
• Ensure artwork, labeling, net content, and ingredient declarations meet laws.
• Coordinate export/dangerous goods documentation and international dossiers.
• Monitor ongoing changes in cosmetic laws and regulations globally.
