Confidential in Dubai seeks an experienced Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics Executive to manage purchasing activities and support production and projects. • CIPS or similar certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete procurement cycle including requisitions, RFQs, POs, and delivery follow-up.
• Source aluminium profiles, hardware, and related materials from approved suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and quality standards.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers while monitoring market prices.
• Monitor inventory levels and establish min/max stock levels with replenishment.
• Plan material requirements from production schedules and project needs.
• Conduct stock audits and reconcile ERP records.
• Coordinate shipments, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and import/export docs.
• Resolve delivery delays, shortages, and supplier issues.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with budgets.

A leading company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics Executive to join its growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in procurement, inventory management, and logistics who can efficiently manage purchasing activities while supporting production and project requirements.

The successful candidate will oversee the complete procurement cycle, coordinate with suppliers and freight partners, optimize inventory levels, and ensure the timely delivery of materials. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete procurement cycle, including purchase requisitions, RFQs, quotation comparisons, purchase orders, and delivery follow-up.
• Source aluminium profiles, hardware, accessories, and related materials from approved suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and quality standards with suppliers.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers while monitoring aluminium and raw material market prices.
• Monitor inventory levels, establish minimum and maximum stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Plan material requirements based on production schedules and project demands.
• Conduct stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with ERP records.
• Coordinate local and international shipments, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and import/export documentation.
• Resolve delivery delays, shortages, damages, and supplier-related issues.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain approved supplier records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with project budgets and operational needs.
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, savings reports, and maintain accurate procurement documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CIPS or a similar professional certification is an advantage.
• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in aluminium systems, façade, fabrication, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of the UAE/GCC supplier market, Incoterms, customs procedures, and shipping documentation is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, supplier evaluation, and cost analysis skills.
• Proven ability to achieve procurement cost savings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, and Reporting).
• Experience with ERP systems and SAP is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• UAE driving licence is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of:
