Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in logistics, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a background in construction or building materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain, or material movement.
• Experience in façade, glass, aluminium, construction, or building materials industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in transportation planning, inventory control, warehouse coordination, and delivery documentation.
• Familiarity with import/export procedures, customs clearance, and freight forwarding is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation, delivery, and distribution of façade materials (glass, aluminium profiles, accessories, hardware).
• Plan and monitor material deliveries to factories, warehouses, and project sites.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, project teams, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Track shipments, delivery schedules, material dispatches, and proof of delivery.
• Follow up with suppliers on material readiness, delivery dates, and shipment status.
• Maintain logistics records, delivery notes, and inventory movement reports.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse teams to avoid shortages.
• Arrange local transport and support import/export shipments, customs clearance, and freight forwarding when required.
• Verify delivery documents against purchase orders and material requests.
• Coordinate urgent material requirements and resolve transport or delivery issues.
• Ensure proper handling, loading/unloading, and transport of materials to prevent damage.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating material deliveries, transportation, inventory movement, supplier follow-ups, and site logistics to ensure the timely availability of materials for production and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation, delivery, and distribution of glass, aluminium profiles, accessories, hardware, and other façade materials.
• Plan and monitor material deliveries to factories, warehouses, and project sites according to project schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, project teams, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Track shipments, delivery schedules, material dispatches, and proof of delivery.
• Follow up with suppliers and vendors regarding material readiness, delivery dates, and shipment status.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, delivery notes, material transfer documents, and inventory movement reports.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse teams to avoid material shortages and project delays.

• Experience in the façade, glass, aluminium, construction, or building materials industry is preferred.
