Job summary

TGC Middle East is seeking a Procurement Manager in the UAE, Dubai region. You will lead procurement, logistics, warehousing and supplier management across project portfolios, ensuring timely delivery and cost control.

Key duties include strategy development, supplier evaluation, contract negotiations and performance monitoring, with a focus on compliance and efficiency in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CIPS).
• Proven experience leading procurement, preferably in construction/building materials.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain vendor relationships.
• Ability to analyze market trends and forecast material needs.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with procurement software, ERP and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and construction industry practices is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.
• Leadership experience and ability to motivate a team.
