Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks an experienced Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics Executive to manage purchasing activities and support production and projects. You will oversee the full procurement cycle, coordinate with suppliers and freight partners, optimize inventory, and ensure timely material delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in related field, 2–5 years’ experience, knowledge of UAE/GCC markets, Incoterms, and strong negotiation skills, with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Procurement or related field.
CIPS or similar certification is an advantage.
More than 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or logistics.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete procurement cycle including requisitions, RFQs, POs, and delivery follow-up.
Source aluminium profiles, hardware, and related materials from approved suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and quality standards.
Identify and qualify new suppliers while monitoring market prices.
Monitor inventory levels and establish min/max stock levels with replenishment.
Plan material requirements from production schedules and project needs.
Conduct stock audits and reconcile ERP records.
Coordinate shipments, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and import/export docs.
Resolve delivery delays, shortages, and supplier issues.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain records.
Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement with budgets.
