Job summary

Brital Aluminuim Systems in Dubai seeks a Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and optimize sourcing of aluminium profiles, hardware and related materials.

The role requires 2–5 years in procurement/logistics, strong negotiation, and knowledge of UAE import procedures. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus. On-site in Dubai with cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• CIPS or similar certification is a plus.
• 2–5 years experience in procurement, supply chain or logistics, preferably in aluminium systems façade fabrication or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC supplier market and import procedures; Incoterms and customs documentation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full procurement cycle: requisitions, RFQs, quotations, POs, and delivery follow-up.
• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, terms, lead times and quality standards.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers to reduce costs and monitor market prices.
• Coordinate local and international shipments and handle import/export documentation.

Job description

Manage the full procurement cycle including purchase requisitions RFQs quotation comparisons purchase orders and delivery follow-up sourcing aluminium profiles hardware accessories and related materials Lead supplier negotiations on pricing payment terms lead times and quality standards identify and qualify new suppliers to reduce costs and monitor aluminium and raw-material market prices to anticipate cost changes and buy at the right time Monitor inventory levels set minimum maximum stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid production stoppages planning material requirements based on production schedules and project pipelines Conduct regular stock audits reconcile physical stock with ERP records and optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency reduce waste and lower total cost Coordinate local and international shipments with freight forwarders negotiate freight rates and transit times and prepare and follow up import export documentation and customs clearance for incoming materials Track deliveries and resolve delays shortages damages and non-conformities with suppliers evaluating supplier performance quality delivery price and maintaining approved supplier lists and records Collaborate closely with the internal departments to align purchasing with project needs and budgets ensuring smooth operations across departments Prepare cost analyses savings reports and monthly procurement reports and maintain accurate up-to-date procurement records and documentation for management

Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree in Supply Chain Management Procurement Logistics Business Administration or a related field CIPS or similar certification is a plus 2 5 years experience in procurement supply chain or logistics preferably in aluminium systems fa ade fabrication or manufacturing Knowledge of the UAE GCC supplier market and import procedures Incoterms customs shipping documents is an advantage Strong negotiation and analytical skills cost comparison price analysis and supplier evaluation with a proven record of cost savings Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel pivot tables lookups reporting ERP and SAP experience is an advantage Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project-driven environment Fluent English required Arabic is an advantage UAE driving licence is a plus
