Job summary

Client of Blue Hat HR Services LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist with a strong background in the construction contracting aluminium glass or façade industry. You will manage end-to-end procurement, source suppliers, issue RFQs and ensure timely material availability while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Production and Stores teams, build supplier relationships, monitor delivery schedules and identify cost-saving opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years procurement experience in GCC construction/aluminium/facade.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass, hardware and facade materials.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation and procurement planning.
• ERP experience with SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
• Understanding of import/export procedures and logistics coordination.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience within the Construction, Contracting, Aluminium, Glass or Façade industry in the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, glass, hardware, façade accessories and construction materials.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation and procurement planning.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of import/export procedures and logistics coordination is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
