Job summary

Confidential Chemical Manufacturing Company in Hamriyah Freezone, Sharjah, invites a Purchase Coordinator with a minimum of two years in local and international purchasing to join its procurement and sales support team. You will coordinate with sales, suppliers, production, stores, logistics and finance to ensure accurate order processing and timely material delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma, is fluent in English, and proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in local and international purchasing or procurement coordination.
• Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Excellent English communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, suppliers, production, logistics and finance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to process customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
• Prepare sales documentation and maintain accurate customer records.
• Ensure timely execution and fulfillment of customer orders.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
• Source vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate material deliveries.
• Work with production, stores, logistics, and finance teams to support smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain sales and purchase records using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales, purchasing, and inventory activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
