• Practical understanding of purchase-to-pay (P2P) processes and supplier management.
• Experience with procurement systems or ERP software is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• High integrity, reliability, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor, and manage purchase orders in line with company policies and approved budgets.
• Source reliable suppliers and obtain competitive quotations for goods and services.
• Coordinate with vendors to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and technical specs.
• Track procurement activities and provide updates on order status and delivery dates.
• Prepare procurement documents, requisitions, and quotation comparisons for approval.
• Verify supplier invoices by matching them with POs and delivery records.
• Maintain accurate supplier information, contracts, and procurement docs in the ERP system.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, compliance verification, and contract documentation.
• Support procurement reporting, spend analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate product returns, warranty claims, and replacement requests with suppliers.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulations.
