Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced procurement professional for pipeline and oil & gas EPC projects in Abu Dhabi. You will evaluate technical bids, coordinate with engineering, negotiate terms, prepare POs, and ensure ITP-compliant inspections.

The role requires Gulf/NOC familiarity, especially ADNOC; an age cap applies, with senior positions needing 5+ years Gulf experience in the field. Join a dynamic contractor-facing team in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pipeline, Oil & Gas, EPC, Flowline, Wellhead, Brownfield, Upstream and Onshore projects.
• Gulf or ADNOC experience preferred for best fit.
• Maximum age limit is 49, extendable to 50 for senior roles with Gulf experience.
• Managerial and senior roles require a minimum of 5 years Gulf experience in the relevant field.

• Negotiate commercial terms and delivery conditions for projects.
• Prepare purchase orders and review material specs for projects.
• Initiate RFQ and obtain technical and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with vendors and QA for inspections per ITP requirements.
• Arrange payments per PO terms with Accounts.
• Close out all project and non-project purchase orders.
• Coordinate with projects engineering for evaluation of eligibility criteria.

Qualifications

• Experience in Pipeline, Oil & Gas, EPC, Flowline, Wellhead, Brownfield, Upstream, Onshore.
• Gulf or ADNOC experience preferred.
• Candidates with Metro, Building, or Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.
• Maximum age limit is 49 years, extendable to 50 years for managerial positions with significant Gulf experience.
• Managerial and senior roles require a minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field.
